BeauTech Power Systems, LLC and BeauTech Power Systems Europe GmbH (referred to herein as “BPS”, “we”, “us” or “our”) designs and operates its Website located at https://beautech.aero (the “Website”) with the goal to protect your privacy and further comply with our Website privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”). Our Privacy Policy outlines the information we collect or may collect from you by our Website, all interactive features, applications, widgets, social networks and social network “tabs”, our intended use of the information and who we can share the information with (collectively, the “Services”).
The General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) applies to the processing of personal data in the context of the activities of an establishment in the European Economic Area (“EEA”), as well as to firms outside the EEA that process personal data relating to the offering of services to individuals in the EEA.
