BeauTech Power Systems is expanding with a new office in Europe! Opening October 1st in Frankfurt, Germany, BPS will have a staff in Europe to directly support our growing customer base.
Located in the Westhafen Tower in the heart of Frankfurt, the new location will provide plenty of space to host meetings, entertain customers, and house our growing team!
BeauTech is settling into our new home at 1920 McKinney Ave in the Uptown neighborhood of Dallas.

Robert Graham has joined BeauTech Power Systems, LLC (BPS) as Director Technical. Robert started his career as a line mechanic in the US Air Force followed by over 28 years of aviation technical experience serving in various roles including MRO, project management, vendor audits and liaison with various international regulatory authorities including CAAC & EASA.
Prior to joining BPS Robert worked as an independent technical consultant supporting commercial airlines and prominent aircraft leasing companies. Prior to contracting, he was Director of Acquisitions at AeroTurbine where he was responsible for technical due diligence and asset transitions. Robert also served as a Manager for WLF responsible for quality assurance, acquisitions, lease return inspections, mid-lease audits and logistics. Robert holds a FAA Airframe & Powerlant license.
BeauTech Power Systems, LLC, is pleased to announce the acquisition of a CFM56-5B engine in Europe. The engine will be added to the lessor’s rapidly growing lease portfolio of CF34-3, CF34-8, CF34-10, CFM56-5B and CFM56-7B engine models.
BeauTech Power Systems is moving up the street to a bit bigger space! We are still located in the Uptown district of Dallas, right in the center of everything.

Stefanie Jung has joined BeauTech Power Systems, LLC (BPS) as Senior Director Aircraft Transactions, bringing 10 years of aviation experience to the team.
Prior to joining BPS, Ms. Jung held various positions as part of GA Telesis’ Asset Transaction Group where she was responsible for sales, acquisitions and management of a portfolio of owned and third party managed aircraft (including sourcing of opportunities, creation and management of sales campaigns, negotiation of asset related documentation and execution of transaction closings). Prior to GA Telesis, Ms. Jung was the Manager of Valuations at Morten Beyer & Agnew where she lead the tangible asset valuations team and focused on the valuation of aircraft and engines, as well as the analysis of transactional data.
She is a certified appraiser with the International Society of Transport Aircraft Trading (ISTAT) and is a graduate of James Madison University with a dual degree in International Business and Marketing.
Jon Rousay has joined BeauTech Power Systems, LLC (BPS) in the role of Vice President of Finance bringing 20 years of aviation experience. In this role, he will support the finance, treasury, accounting and the reporting functions of the Company. Prior to joining BPS, Mr. Rousay held various financial and non-financial roles supporting commercial and defense customers at StandardAero. Most recently, he served as the Sector Vice President of Finance for seven business units generating approximately $400 million in annual revenue. Jon is a graduate of Southern Methodist University and Saskatchewan Polytechnic where he studied Business Administration and Accounting. He is a US Certified Public Accountant and Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant.
Josh C. Lewis has joined BeauTech Power Systems, LLC (BPS) in the role of Director Quality, bringing 17 years of aviation experience to support the BPS Technical Operations team.
Prior to joining BPS, Mr. Lewis held several positions within Southwest Airlines’ Technical Operations Quality Assurance department, most recently serving in the role of Manager Regulatory Affairs. While at Southwest, he also held the positions of Airworthiness Directive Project Lead and Maintenance Programs Compliance Analyst.
Prior to Southwest, Mr. Lewis worked as a Technical Records Auditor for Willis Lease Finance Corporation where he managed the delivery and return of PW150A, CF34, RB211, CFM56 and AE3007 series engines going on and coming off lease from airlines, operators and repair stations. Mr. Lewis also served within the Quality Department at American Eagle Airlines, as well as working as an Engine Maintenance Technician for Dallas Airmotive.
He holds an FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate, graduated from Eastern New Mexico University with a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Science in Aviation Science, and earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Aircraft Airframe Technology from Texas State Technical College.
BeauTech Power Systems has added two CFM56-7B engines to its growing pool of engine assets, bringing our total number to twenty-one. These first two CFM56-7B’s are both on long term lease with a US based operator. You will see more stories like this in the coming months as BPS continues to grow and diversify our portfolio.
Chris Arras joined BPS late last year as a VP Sales & Leasing. Prior to joining BeauTech, Chris was with NTE Aviation from 2004 through 2012 where he held various positions of responsibility in both the Regional and Commercial Markets. Most recently serving as the Vice President of Commercial Programs, he was primarily responsible for acquiring assets from the airline and leasing communities. From 1994 through 2004 Chris was with Delavan (Goodrich) working with Regional Airlines, MRO’s and engine OEM’s on customer support programs for Delavan’s engine component product line. Early in his career Chris was a Sales Engineer for Howmet Corporation where he worked with Regional Airlines and MRO’s.
Chris has a BS in Aeronautical Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
