We are pleased to welcome Ismel Camacho to BeauTech as our new Manager of Logistics and Supply Chain. With over two decades of experience in global logistics and supply chain management, Ismel brings an impressive track record of operational excellence and strategic leadership.
Based at our headquarters in Dallas, Ismel joins us from Loloi Rugs, where he managed complex logistics processes and contributed to business growth with innovative solutions. His career includes significant roles at GEODIS, where he not only oversaw air freight operations and developed partnerships with key industry players but also managed global air freight operations (imports and exports) and led aerospace logistics for clients such as Virgin Atlantic, Singapore Airlines, Boeing, Aviall, Lockheed Martin, Bell Helicopters, and StandardAero. Additionally, at Signature Systems Group, he optimized international transportation logistics and compliance.
Ismel’s expertise in supply chain visibility, import/export operations, and vendor management will be instrumental as BeauTech continues to grow. His dedication to fostering high-performance teams and streamlining processes aligns perfectly with our vision of delivering world-class solutions.

Barry West has joined BeauTech Power Systems as the VP Finance FP&A, further expanding the Finance Dream team to help support the company’s growth. Barry comes to BeauTech with over 25 years of aviation industry experience spanning many different roles within StandardAero. Barry most recently held the role of Sector VP Finance for the Military, Helicopter and Energy sector at StandardAero, and previously held roles supporting the military business in San Antonio and then the VVIP Aircraft completion business in Dallas. Barry is a CPA,CMA in Manitoba and will continue to be based in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Francisco Zenóglio has joined BeauTech Power Systems as its Director Asset Management, Europe; further strengthening BeauTech’s Technical Operations team in our Frankfurt office. With over a decade of expertise in CFM engines, Francisco is a welcome addition as our CFM portfolio continues its rapid expansion. Beginning his career as a Powerplant Engineer at TAP Air Portugal Engine Shop, Lisbon, Francisco developed his CFM56 skills. Subsequently, he served as an Account Manager at SR Technics, Zurich prior to returning to his hometown. Once back in Lisbon, Francisco took on the role of CFM Field Service Engineer for the next 5 years, overseeing the successful entry into service of the CFM LEAP.
A graduate of the University of Lisboa with a Master’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Francisco is multilingual, fluent in English, French, and Portuguese.

BEAUTECH POWER SYSTEMS ANNOUNCES STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP WITH EDC AND WORTHINGTON AEROSPACE TO COMPLETE THE ACQUISITION OF 18 CRJ1000 AIRCRAFT
Dallas, Texas – BeauTech Power Systems, a leading aerospace engine leasing, trading, and financial solutions company, is proud to announce a collaboration with Export Development Canada (EDC) and Worthington Aviation to complete the acquisition of 18 state-of-the-art CRJ1000 aircraft. This partnership will result in a significant improvement in aftermarket support for the CRJ family of aircraft, positioning BeauTech and Worthington for substantial growth and global expansion while assisting EDC in extracting value from their portfolio.
The cooperation involved BeauTech working closely with EDC and Worthington, renowned players in international finance and regional aircraft support and services, respectively, to secure and deploy the 18 CRJ1000 aircraft. These next-generation aircraft, known for their exceptional performance, fuel efficiency, and passenger comfort, will empower BeauTech to extend its global reach and offer enhanced engine solutions to its customers.

EDC, a globally recognized export credit agency, was the owner of the aircraft and played a pivotal role in providing resources for this ambitious venture. Their expertise in facilitating international trade and investments is invaluable to the success of this collaboration.
Worthington Aviation, a leader in regional aircraft support and service, purchased all 18 airframes from BeauTech and will dismantle a number of the aircraft to support their spare parts distribution business, providing much needed aftermarket support for a variety of CRJ regional aircraft products. The remainder of the aircraft will be made available for sale or onward leasing.

Tianjin, China – 07th September 2023
BeauTech Power Systems has signed a “Strategic Memorandum of Cooperation” with Tianjin Dongjiang Free Trade Port Zone (DFTP) on the expansion of its aero engine leasing business in China.
Mrs. Yang Liu, Director of the Administrative Commission of DFTP signed the agreement during a signing ceremony held at the 10th China Air Finance Development Summit in Tianjin on 7th September 2023.
The summit, which was held again for the first time since the COVID pandemic, is the largest annual gathering of China’s air finance industry and was attended by the Deputy Major of Tianjin Municipal People’s Government, Mr. Liu Guiping, as well as numerous local and international officials and industry leaders.
Mr. Florian Krauthoff, Vice President Sales Asia-Pacific and General Manager of BeauTech Engine Leasing (Tianjin) Co. Ltd. commented that BeauTech has been very successful on the Chinese engine leasing market since travel restrictions were lifted earlier in 2023. Five CFM56 engines have been placed on long-term leases with Chinese airlines this year, with customers ranging from major international carriers to mid-sized domestic operators. Mr. Krauthoff said: “We thank DFTP for their support and guidance in developing our engine leasing business in China, and we are confident to further expand our leasing and trading activities here in the future”.
Randy McComb has joined BeauTech Power Systems in the role of Director Technical Records (Acquisitions), bringing 23 years of aviation experience to support the BPS Technical Operations team. In his new role Randy will manage pre-purchase reviews for engines and aircraft. Prior to joining BPS, Randy held several positions within Willis Lease Finance Corporation, most recently serving in the role of Technical Director of Records and Quality. Earlier in his career Randy worked as a Maintenance Planning Auditor, AD Analyst and Records Lead for American Eagle Airlines.

Kevin Cusack has joined BeauTech Power Systems as Vice President Sales servicing the Canadian and Northern US markets. Kevin is responsible for furthering our growth in the region with a particular focus on our CFM56 product line. Kevin comes to BeauTech with a Master’s Degree in Engineering and over 25 years of aviation industry experience, most recently from Standard Aero. Kevin held roles of increasing responsibility at Standard culminating as the Vice President, Strategic Partnerships and Product Development within the commercial aviation division. Kevin will continue to be based in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Julian Brauner has joined BeauTech Power Systems in the role of Director Asset Management, Europe, expanding BeauTech’s Technical Operations team in our Frankfurt, Germany office. With nearly a decade of experience in the aviation industry, Julian started his aviation career as a graduate trainee at Lufthansa Technik. After completing the trainee program, he worked as Project Manager for aircraft transitions and served in the position of Sales Manager at Lufthansa Technik prior to joining BeauTech. Julian graduated from Berlin Institute of Technology and holds a Master’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering.

Tristan Robinson has joined BeauTech Power Systems, LLC (BPS) as the Assistant Controller, bringing 6 years of Accounting Experience to the team. In this role, he will be supporting the finance, accounting, and reporting functions of the Company. Prior to joining BPS, Tristan was an Assistant controller at a company within the SaaS industry.
Tristan graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, and a Masters of Science in Entrepreneurship and Managerial Accounting. Currently, Tristan is a Certified Public Accountant registered in Texas.
