We are excited to welcome Ron Posey to BeauTech as Director Engine Shop Visit Management.

Ron will be responsible for managing heavy and medium engine shop visits across our owned engine fleet. As our fleet continues to mature, disciplined control of shop visits, cost exposure, and turnaround time will be critical to sustaining long term asset value and operational reliability.

Ron joins BeauTech from GE Aerospace, where he led engine shop visit management, contract oversight, material coordination, and MRO execution. His background includes hands-on responsibility for managing complex shop visits, controlling scope and invoices, and working closely with repair stations to meet technical and commercial objectives.

As BeauTech prepares for an increasing number of shop visits over the coming years, Ron’s experience directly aligns with our need to manage maintenance costs and reduce shop turnaround times.
