Frank Rustemeier serves as Vice President of Trading & Acquisitions at BeauTech. Based in Germany, Frank brings over two decades of experience in engine and aircraft leasing, with deep expertise in global sales, structured transactions, and portfolio strategy.
Prior to joining BeauTech, Frank held senior commercial positions at GOAL German Operating Aircraft Leasing and Royal Aero GmbH, where he played a pivotal role in expanding international market reach and developing high-performing engine portfolios.
At BeauTech, Frank is focused on driving the company’s growth strategy through asset acquisitions and trading, leveraging his extensive market relationships and strategic insight to strengthen BeauTech’s global platform.
Josh Lewis serves as Director of Technical Records (Acquisitions) at BeauTech, bringing over two decades of experience in aviation maintenance, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
Josh has held key roles across the industry, including as Senior Safety Management Program Consultant and Manager of Regulatory Affairs at Southwest Airlines, where he led initiatives in airworthiness compliance, technical operations quality, and maintenance programs. He previously served as BeauTech’s Vice President Technical and has also worked in technical records auditing and lease transitions at Willis Lease Finance Corporation, covering multiple engine platforms. His earlier experience includes roles with American Eagle Airlines and Dallas Airmotive.
He holds an FAA A&P certificate, a B.A.A.S. in Aviation Science from Eastern New Mexico University, and an A.A.S. in Aircraft Airframe Technology from Texas State Technical College.
With a strong foundation in technical records and compliance, Josh plays a vital role in supporting BeauTech’s asset acquisition strategy and operational excellence.
Ashvin Sivajothi leads BeauTech’s global communications and marketing efforts, bringing over 15 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, and brand strategy. With a strong track record of elevating brand reputation through impactful storytelling and targeted campaigns, he plays a key role in shaping BeauTech’s voice and global presence.
His background spans multiple industries, including recent leadership roles in the airline sector, giving him a broad international perspective and a deep understanding of dynamic, customer-focused markets.
As Director of Global Communications and Marketing, Ashvin is responsible for strengthening stakeholder engagement, enhancing visibility across channels, and supporting BeauTech’s continued growth through strategic messaging and brand alignment.
Perla recently joined us with a solid background in accounting, having worked in both the construction and insurance industries. She earned her BBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Texas at Arlington and is pursuing her Master of Science in Accounting at UTA.
At BeauTech, Perla supports our finance team with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial reporting. She brings a detail-oriented and analytical approach to her work, helping ensure accuracy across the team’s day-to-day operations.
Based at our headquarters in Dallas, Ismel joins us from Loloi Rugs, where he managed complex logistics processes and contributed to business growth with innovative solutions. His career includes significant roles at GEODIS, where he not only oversaw air freight operations and developed partnerships with key industry players but also managed global air freight operations (imports and exports) and led aerospace logistics for clients such as Virgin Atlantic, Singapore Airlines, Boeing, Aviall, Lockheed Martin, Bell Helicopters, and StandardAero. Additionally, at Signature Systems Group, he optimized international transportation logistics and compliance.
Ismel’s expertise in supply chain visibility, import/export operations, and vendor management will be instrumental as BeauTech continues to grow. His dedication to fostering high-performance teams and streamlining processes aligns perfectly with our vision of delivering world-class solutions.
Aniket returns to us after his internship, where he made significant contributions to improving our Dynamics 365 Business Central platform, developing Python scripts, and building efficient data pipelines. With two years of experience at Accenture as an Application Developer, specializing in L2/L3 support and application maintenance, Aniket brings valuable expertise in data management and machine learning to his new role.
Barry West has joined BeauTech Power Systems as the VP Accounting FP&A, further expanding the Finance Dream team to help support the company’s growth. Barry comes to BeauTech with over 25 years of aviation industry experience spanning many different roles within StandardAero. Barry most recently held the role of Sector VP Finance for the Military, Helicopter and Energy sector at StandardAero, and previously held roles supporting the military business in San Antonio and then the VVIP Aircraft completion business in Dallas. Barry is a CPA,CMA in Manitoba.
Francisco Zenóglio has joined BeauTech Power Systems as its Director Asset Management, Europe; further strengthening BeauTech’s Technical Operations team in our Frankfurt office. With over a decade of expertise in CFM engines, Francisco is a welcome addition as our CFM portfolio continues its rapid expansion. Beginning his career as a Powerplant Engineer at TAP Air Portugal Engine Shop, Lisbon, Francisco developed his CFM56 skills. Subsequently, he served as an Account Manager at SR Technics, Zurich prior to returning to his hometown. Once back in Lisbon, Francisco took on the role of CFM Field Service Engineer for the next 5 years, overseeing the successful entry into service of the CFM LEAP.
Randy McComb has joined BeauTech Power Systems in the role of Director Technical Records (Acquisitions), bringing 23 years of aviation experience to support the BPS Technical Operations team. In his new role Randy will manage pre-purchase reviews for engines and aircraft.
As Vice President of Technical Operations, Daniel Rodriguez oversees engine shop visits, technical records, and the development and management of technical procedures, ensuring BeauTech maintains the highest standards of quality and reliability worldwide.
Daniel originally joined BeauTech Power Systems as Director of Quality, bringing more than 10 years of aviation experience to the team. His progression reflects both his expertise and his commitment to advancing BeauTech’s technical excellence.
Carlos Mesquita has joined BeauTech Power Systems, LLC (BPS) as Director of Technical Records, bringing more than 16 years of aircraft maintenance engineering experience. Carlos started his career as a Powerplant Engineer at VARIG Maintenance and Engineering, where he analyzed the technical documents behind various engines.
VP Sales, Asia Pacific
Ivo Schindler has joined Beautech as Vice President Sales Asia Pacific. With a degree in Aeronautical Engineering and an MBA, Mr. Schindler has more than 17 years of experience in the aviation industry, eight of which were spend in Asia. Together with Florian Krauthoff, he will be based in our newly established Singapore office.
VP Sales, Asia Pacific
Florian Krauthoff serves as Vice President Sales Asia Pacific at BeauTech. Based in Singapore, Florian brings nearly two decades of experience across engine leasing and trading, MRO, and business aviation, with deep expertise in the Greater China and Asia Pacific aviation markets.
Prior to joining BeauTech, Florian held a range of commercial and leadership roles at Lufthansa Technik. He began his aviation career through the company’s corporate traineeship program and later served as Assistant to the General Manager at Ameco Beijing, the Lufthansa Air China MRO joint venture. Florian subsequently took on the role of Director Sales Asia, where he was responsible for sales and business development of Lufthansa Technik’s VIP and business jet services for government, corporate, and private jet clients across the region.
At BeauTech, Florian is focused on expanding the company’s presence across the Asia Pacific region, leveraging his extensive market experience, strong regional network, and Mandarin Chinese language skills to support the company’s global growth strategy.
Florian holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Chinese Studies from the University of Applied Sciences Bremen.
Director Contracts & Transactions
Berit Kreit brings nearly two decades of experience in the engine leasing and MRO industry to her role as Director, Contracts & Transactions at BeauTech.
She joined BeauTech in 2017 as Senior Manager, Administration, and has since taken on increasingly strategic responsibilities supporting the legal department across the U.S. and Europe. In her current role, Berit manages a wide range of legal, contractual, and transactional matters—from lease documentation and compliance to cross-border coordination—working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners alike.
Before joining BeauTech, she spent ten years at Lufthansa Technik AERO Alzey GmbH, working as a Commercial Specialist in Engine Lease Services.
Robert started his career as a line mechanic in the US Air Force followed by over 28 years of aviation technical experience serving in various roles including MRO, project management, vendor audits and liaison with various international regulatory authorities including CAAC & EASA.
