BeauTech Strengthens APAC Presence with Appointment of Francesco Baccarani

Dallas, Texas, USA – 3 August 2026  – BeauTech Power Systems, LLC (“BeauTech”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Francesco Baccarani as Director Asset Management – APAC.

Based in Singapore, Francesco will support BeauTech’s engine leasing and asset management activities across the Asia Pacific region, providing technical expertise and closer engagement with customers, lessors, airlines, and industry partners.

Francesco brings more than 20 years of aviation and powerplant management experience to BeauTech. Most recently serving as VP Technical Engines at SGI Aviation, he has extensive expertise in engine asset management, shop visit oversight, engine redeliveries, technical due diligence, pre purchase inspections, and fleet support for airlines and lessors worldwide.

Throughout his career, Francesco has worked across a broad range of commercial aircraft engine platforms, including the PW4000, CFM56, V2500, CF6-80, and CF34 families. Prior to joining SGI Aviation, he held technical positions with IASG and Volare Airlines, where he specialised in engine troubleshooting, condition monitoring, and maintenance management.
