The Gap We Saw

Regional operators were underserved. Too small for the largest lessors, yet too important to ignore. Lee Beaumont recognized an opportunity to simplify engine leasing through faster execution, practical commercial structures, and long term industry relationships. What began as focused support for regional operators evolved into a global engine leasing and asset management platform built around operational responsiveness.

Early collaboration with Lufthansa Technik Aero Alzey and Delta Air Lines helped establish BeauTech as a trusted long term aviation partner.

Milestones

From First Engine to Global Platforms

A deliberate approach to growth, built on execution, relationships, and long-term market understanding.

2011

The Beginning

BeauTech was founded in Dallas, Texas with a focused strategy: support an underserved segment of the aviation market through responsive engine leasing and practical commercial execution. While larger lessors concentrated on narrowbody and widebody fleets, BeauTech identified a growing demand among regional operators requiring faster turnaround, flexible structures, and operationally focused support.

Beginning with a single CF34 engine, the company built its early reputation through hands on execution, technical understanding, and long term customer relationships across the regional aviation sector.

2014

Establishing the Regional Engine Platform

As regional fleets expanded globally, BeauTech continued investing into CF34 platforms and short term engine leasing solutions supporting maintenance events and operational continuity. Strong relationships with airlines, OEMs, and MRO providers helped expand the business while deepening technical expertise across regional engine programs.

The company's focus on high utilization regional fleets created a differentiated position within a market often overlooked by traditional engine lessors.

2018

Expanding Beyond Regional Aviation

Continued aircraft and engine acquisitions accelerated BeauTech's expansion into broader regional and narrowbody markets. E-Jet fleet transactions, growing CFM56 activity, and increasing global trading operations strengthened the company's technical and commercial capabilities across multiple engine platforms.

During this period, BeauTech expanded internationally with operations across Frankfurt, Singapore, and São Paulo, establishing a growing global presence supporting customers across EMEA, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America.

2021

Scaling Global Operations

Strategic collaboration across airlines, OEMs, MROs, and financial partners continued to strengthen BeauTech's position within the global aviation market. Broader engine coverage, integrated asset management capabilities, and growing technical operations supported larger and more complex transactions across regional and narrowbody platforms.

As global operations expanded, BeauTech continued building specialized teams across technical operations, acquisitions, trading, finance, legal, and commercial support functions worldwide.

2025

Next Generation & Widebody Growth

Today, BeauTech supports commercial engine programs across CF34, CFM56, LEAP, and Pratt & Whitney GTF platforms while continuing to expand its technical, trading, and asset management capabilities.

Ongoing investment into digital infrastructure, real time asset visibility, and global operational support further strengthens customer access and operational coordination across international markets. This next phase of growth also supports BeauTech's strategic expansion into widebody engine platforms including GE90, GEnx, and CF6-80E1 programs.

2026

Scaling the Platform

BeauTech expanded its revolving credit facility to $1.4 billion, significantly increasing its capacity to support customers, acquire assets, and execute larger transactions.

Building on its leadership in regional aviation and growing narrowbody activity, BeauTech also expanded into the widebody market, investing in platforms including the GE90, GEnx, and CF6 families to support the next phase of global growth.
