How it started

At the time, regional operators were often underserved within the aircraft engine leasing market. Many were too small for the largest lessors, yet their operational demands remained critical. Leasing structures were frequently complex, inflexible, and disconnected from the realities facing airlines, maintenance providers, and fleet operators.

Recognizing this gap, Lee Beaumont focused on building a company centered around responsiveness, execution, and long term relationships. The goal was not simply to lease engines, but to simplify a complicated process through practical commercial structures, technical understanding, and direct customer support.

What began with focused support for regional operators quickly gained momentum through trusted industry relationships and operational execution. Early collaboration with Lufthansa Technik Aero Alzey and Delta Air Lines helped establish BeauTech as a long term aviation partner and created the foundation for continued growth.

Founded in 2011 and headquartered in Dallas, Texas, BeauTech has since expanded into a global engine leasing and asset management platform supporting airlines, MROs, lessors, and investors worldwide.

Today, the company operates across major commercial engine platforms including CF34, CFM56, LEAP, and Pratt & Whitney GTF portfolios, while continuing to expand its acquisitions, trading capabilities, and presence within the widebody engine market. This further supports BeauTech’s strategic expansion into widebody platforms including GE90, GEnx, and CF6-80E1 programs.

Through technical expertise, commercial flexibility, and long term industry partnerships, BeauTech continues to support evolving operational and asset management requirements across global aviation.
